Our successors

A gossip...
We have a new relationship forming in the new team :-)
It is quite unusual, but we have to be tolerant, right?

Second day
I am sitting in the office in front of my laptop. These days its crowdy here. I listen Texas and suddenly look around.
I see Nestor sittign next to me lookign with his ironic smile on Zhenya. I see Zhenya tellign smth funny to Inna and Masha. They laugh too. I look around our office and i feel so strange.It was one of those moments, short but memorable, when time seems to stop for few moments and u just observe.
Its second day of our transition week.
We work a lot here. Sleep 5 hours daily.
I thought it will be complicated to work 12 people in one flat, but in fact it is not. I feel so much energy, fun, enthusiasm.
I will be missing my team. Innok, Luka,Mashulka, Nestorchyk and Slavik.
No matter how tough it was, by the end of the day i love them.
And i am happy for the next team. they are great people

New people
Today they came. One after another entered our flat and invaded it with their bags, food, towels, maku-ups and a lot of other things.
There were our successors, part of them in fact - Olya, Khrystya and Zhenya.
It was strange to know that they are here already.
Was like the second "Bye"...
The other thing was that something new was in the air, wind of change:)
Tomorrow Slava and Vova will come. Ercan will come at the end of the week.
So we lived our first day together, ran out of plug-ins, waiting for longer ques to shower.
Nestor and Slavik seemes to be quite happy to have one more guy:)
In the evening we went out to play basketball (which we dont do usually)
We ended up me, Nestor, Luka and Masha playing together, while Inna and Zhenya were palyign with some guys at the stadium.
Was cool. Nestor played good and we were jumping around him;) He was patient:)
In fact we had great fun and i was coming back to flat smiling.

MC team together
Finally today all MC members came back to our nice MC office! I arrived from EuroXPRO in Serbia, Sveta from SpringCo in Poland and Luka from TEACH in Hungary.It's really nice when you wake up in morning and see smiling faces of your teammembers, when you have breakfasts together, cook lunch and laugh about "dead rats" in soup, share our conference XPs:) I feel being part of so diverse and, at the same time, so united team, and these are those positive emotions that I'm trying to capture during these 2 month that are left for us to work and live together

"Somebody" lost password to account and because of that we were not able to access our blog. Finally situation is solved, but don't know if google support finally reacted (I was asking them for one month) or "somebody" noticed that actually the account is not lost... :-)
Anyway, you will get more spam.

MC after hours
There is one thing, which has recently become "a tradition" for half of MC. We got addicted to "Lost" TV show. Every day (or rather every midnight) we watch at least 1 episode. Fortunately, this week we finished first season. 1/3rd of this addiction is gone... Phew...

MC Days
We as a team are developing!
Our MC days are different
Today we have had interesting training with Gary “Team Decision”
We really needed for our team. When you’re working with team and you have attitude, ethics, common goals etc…. but some thinks you should know What do we need for our effectiveness?
Sometime we in AIESEC have a lot of information but we don’t use it, if we’ll think about what we are doing? What we need for our effectivness? How it can help us for developing (team, themselves, country/LCs) your knowledge will increase
It’s amazing when people have opportunity to be developed together!
We don’t forget about FUN too.
